Block 9 Gym

Block 9 Gym is family run by husband and wife Nick and Jen with more than 20 years in the fitness industry behind them.  The gym is based in Blantyre Industrial Estate, near Hamilton Est in 2012. We have extensive cardio machines, a large resistance area, heavy free weight area, functional training, changing rooms, a supplement shop and chill out area. We have recently extended our hour to 5am-11pm 7 days a week for members! Our membership is £32.50pm - based on a 12 month membership. Or we do a rolling membership for £42.50pm with no commitment. To join you must be at least 16 years old and accompanied by an adult until 18 years old.  It's easiest and quickest to join in the gym but you can join online too.
