Personal Training

Strengthen and tone your body by letting one of our in house trainers teach you proper form and how to make the most out of your time in the gym. This will help to improve endurance, build muscle mass, rev up your metabolism and develop maximum strength.  No matter your goals our trainers will tailor workouts to help you reach them.

Ladies Group Training

Ladies only group training is on 2 mornings a week. Monday and Friday 10am-10.45am  During theses sessions the trainer will take you through weight based exercises to get the calories burning, muscles sculpted and fitness increased.  Suitable for all as you will be working at your own levels, however you will be pushed outside your comfort zone.  Sessions are £10 per person and have to be booked in advance using our GymCatch app.

Online Coaching

If you're a confident gym used but looking to take your training to the next level to help you achieve the physique you've always wanted, or maybe you're looking to increase your strength to get that big lift, then this is the plan for you.  100% online so there are no time restraints.  Training and nutrition plans are sent to you via WhatsApp. We will do weekly check ins to ensure the plan is working for you and your goals.  


Plans start as little as £55 for 4 weeks!
